1. Booking Your Dream Tour
We offer both pre-designed tour packages and fully customized itineraries. Once you submit your request, one of our travel consultants will contact you to confirm the details and proceed with the booking process. Final confirmation is subject to availability, and no booking is guaranteed until the required deposit is received.
2. Booking Policy
– A 25% deposit is required once we confirm availability.
– For Christmas and Easter Holiday bookings, a 50% deposit is required.
– Bookings should be made as early as possible to ensure availability.
– Deposits must be paid via Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
3. Payment Policy
Tour Packages & Nile Cruises:
– 25% deposit upon confirmation
– Remaining 75% due 30 days before trip start
Christmas & Easter Holidays:
– 50% deposit upon confirmation
– Remaining 50% due 45 days before trip start
Excursions & Day Tours:
– 25% deposit upon confirmation
– Remaining 75% due 7 days before tour date
Christmas & Easter Holidays:
– 50% deposit upon confirmation
– Remaining 50% due 15 days before tour date
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Tour Packages & Nile Cruises:
– Cancellation 30+ days before arrival: 25% charge
– Cancellation within 29 days before arrival: 100% charge
Christmas & Easter Holidays:
– Cancellation 45+ days before arrival: 50% charge
– Cancellation within 44 days before arrival: 100% charge
Excursions & Day Tours:
– Cancellation 7+ days before tour date: 25% charge
– Cancellation within 6 days before tour date: 100% charge
Christmas & Easter Holidays:
– Cancellation 15+ days before tour date: 50% charge
– Cancellation within 14 days before tour date: 100% charge
5. Children Policy (Child Sharing Parents’ Room)
Tour Packages & Nile Cruises:
– Under 2 years: Free of charge
– Under 6 years: 25% of adult price
– Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
– 12 years and older: Full adult price
– If your package includes flights, a child supplement may apply
– Valid for 1 child only sharing a room with parents
Excursions & Day Tours:
– Under 6 years: Free of charge
– Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
– 12 years and older: Full adult price
– For tours including flights or ferry boats, a supplement may apply
6. Payment Methods
– Credit Card Payment Links: Subject to 3–5% bank fees. Some American Express cards may not be accepted.
– Wire Transfer: Bank fees are the responsibility of the sender.
7. Refund Policy
– Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
– A 5% bank fee is deducted from all refunds.
– No-shows are non-refundable.
8. Force Majeure
Dunes Egypt is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, weather, riots, or mechanical failure. We will do our best to reschedule your trip or refund the paid amount after deducting unrecoverable costs.
9. Our Responsibility
Dunes Egypt acts solely as an agent for clients. We are not liable for injury, illness, damage, loss, or delays caused by external factors such as weather, airlines, hotels, political unrest, or any third-party service provider.
10. Special Requests Policy
We welcome special requests (e.g., room preferences, meals). Please inform us at the time of booking. While we do our best to fulfill them, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated.
11. Use of Photos & Videos
By joining our tours, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes. These may be featured on our website or social media. Dunes Egypt retains the copyright.
12. Health Requirements
– Some tours require a level of physical fitness.
– Travelers over 60 years are responsible for ensuring their fitness to join.
– We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the tour if their condition affects group progress.
13. Authority on Tour
– Clients must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations.
– Dunes Egypt reserves the right to remove any client exhibiting dangerous or disruptive behavior, with no refund or compensation.
14. Tipping
Tipping is not mandatory but is highly appreciated by staff for good service. We encourage you to tip at your discretion.
15. General Terms of Website Use
– Minors under 18 are not permitted to transact on the website.
– Payment info is handled securely via a third-party payment processor.
– Cardholders must retain transaction records.
– We accept Visa & MasterCard in USD, EUR, GBP, and AED.
– We do not deal with OFAC-sanctioned countries.
– Multiple bookings may appear as multiple charges on your statement.
16. Indemnification & Liability Waiver
– Participation involves personal risk.
– Dunes Egypt and its affiliates are not liable for injury, death, or property damage during tours.
– Clients indemnify Dunes Egypt against any claims arising from their participation.
17. Acceptance of Agreement
By paying a deposit or final balance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
